Mr Marvin Lai, Chief Investment Office, Cyberport Macro Fund and Executive Director, Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) shared with our students on PE/VC practices and opportunities in China.
Topics such as PE/VC investment cycle, funding stage, PE/VC structure and value add, and APAC investment value and deal count were discussed in depth, providing students with a comprehensive overview of the current investment landscape.
