Brett Shadbolt, CEO and founder of Censere Group, has personally worked on more than USD30B of resource related transactions for Asian buyers during his career to date. Brett specialises in corporate valuation and due diligence for M&A.
During this event he will outline how resources transactions have evolved over recent years and provide examples of pitfalls, approaches and the complexities faced in these transactions. Specifically, he will touch on:
- Key methods used in resources valuation - Common modelling issues and how to address them - Structuring deals for success - Examples of successful/unsuccessful deals
About the Speaker
Brett is the founder and CEO of Censere. He has 30+ years of valuation and advisory experience and has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific. Brett is a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Business Valuer (HK), Energy Risk Professional, Member of AusIMM and a Member of the HK Securities Institute.
Brett has extensive experience across many industries, with a particular emphasis on the Minerals, Oil & Gas sector and Intellectual Property and IP-centric sectors such as TMT and Cleantech/Greentech.
